RETURN POLICY

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, and unused in training, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the item received is in a non-resellable condition, it will not be accepted for return.

If your item is returned in new and resellable condition, there is no charge for your return/exchange. Please follow the instructions on the Returns/Exchanges Form, which was sent with your order. If necessary, you can also download and print a copy of the Return Form here. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost to the warehouse.

Once your return has been sent, please send package tracking information to CustomerService@IpponShop.ca. All refunds/exchanges will be processed once 

The warehouse confirms receipt of your return and accepts the product/s back into inventory.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned; these include customized and personalized products.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We also cannot accept returns on sale items (outlet or final sale) or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know once the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days after the item is received. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customerservice@IpponShop.ca
