Can I make changes to my order after it has been submitted?
We do process orders quickly and there is always the chance that you not be able to change the order. We will do everything we can to accommodate your change.
Can I ship to an address outside of Canada?
Right now we're only shipping within Canada.
When will I receive the tracking number for my shipment?
Tracking should appear one to two business days after you place your order.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Items may be returned within 90 days from the purchase date, provided they have not been washed, worn, soiled or altered in any way. Any item that is received as a return and is in a non re-sellable condition as new (garments that have been washed, worn during practice, or soiled) cannot be accepted for return and will be sent back to the customer.
If your item is returned properly folded in a non-ripped bag, and is clean and not worn, there is no restocking fee. Please note we can not ship exchanged items for free outside of Canada. There will be a reshipping charge for international exchanges.

What do I do when the system tells me that my billing information isn't correct?
If you are receiving an error message, there may be a problem with your credit card information, billing or shipping address. The billing address is most likely the address where you receive your credit card statements. Please go to your account dashboard and adjust the information accordingly. This usually fixes any billing issues.
What size am I?
Please see our size chart page and just match your height and weight to the appropriate size chart. Remember, for gis, the height is often the most important variable. If you’re still unsure about what size is best for you, please contact our apparel experts at (212) 769-1823. We would be happy to help find the perfect uniform for you.
How should I care for my judo / BJJ gi?
Uniforms should be washed in water no hotter than 104°F. Hotter water may cause excessive shrinking and possibly damage the uniform. Please note that tumble drying your product will cause shrinkage. Note: collar may wrinkle under extreme drying temperature.
